Gangplank is a unique working environment here in Phoenix (Chandler to be more specific) that focuses on collaborative workspace and helping software companies start out. If you have a laptop and are working on something just drop by and take up some space, they welcome that sort of thing.
The companies that are currently anchored there (using it as their main office space) are the sort that would work well for many on the Spectrum as they are small, flexible and incredibly quirky. The seating may not be ideal for ASD people but the low lighting and reasonably quiet atmosphere during the day (avoid Hacknight) offer more advantages than the cube farms most companies use.
